Sandy Lee    Biography of a Professional Photographer

        

     My professional photographer's career started in the mid-70's under the tutorship of several renowned masters. Beginning as an assistant and working my way up to be Photographer-In-Charge of a famous magazine. Over the years I had accumulated invaluable experience which became pivotal in my career development as a professional photographer.

          Since opening my own Sandy Lee Studio in 1979, I have been providing quality service to various international advertising agencies and clients in Hong Kong and South-east Asia. I have won many international and Hong Kong awards in the meantime such as CLIO Gold, 4A's Gold, Best Award from NEW YORK A.C. and Asia Media & Marketing, to name a few.

          As my personal taste inclines, my focus is on still photography, which offers me tremendous room for creativity. Masterful utilization of lighting and lenses not only brings life to a creative's original ideas, but also creates unique visual effects and artistic beauty. Professional photography for me is not just for selling products, it is also an art per se.
